Ground Shipping -
The USPS 2–5 day shipping method is available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Ground Shipping Rates

For orders shipping within the contiguous U.S.:

• Orders under $50 have a flat $3.00 Ground shipping rate.
  
• Orders over $50 qualify for free Ground shipping.
  

Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are based on the selected method and current rates.

Additional Shipping Methods
Shipping costs for non-USPS methods will be calculated and included in your total at checkout.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Olo by TorusWear. If you need to make a return, we’re happy to help—your satisfaction matters to us.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to return an unwanted item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for qualifying purchases that are made within 21 days of the original shipment date.

Refunds or exchanges are issued only after the item is received and inspected.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items
  If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to validate your return. Keep the original packaging and email photos of the item to info@olobytoruswear.com so we can respond promptly.
  
• Custom Orders
  Custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  
• Final Sale and Sale Promotions
  Final Sale and Promotional Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  
• Seasonal Items
  Seasonal items cannot be returned once the related holiday has passed.

To start a return, please complete our Return Request Form.

To process your return, please list all items on the Return Request Form being returned, along with the corresponding order number and the specific reason for the return.

Color & Texture Disclaimer

Please note that slight variations in color, sheen, or texture may occur due to fabric characteristics and lighting. We do our best to represent every sleeve accurately but monitor and lighting differences can affect how colors appear online.
